In about 20 minutes below Eindhoven you will find our completely detached play and relax house in a total of 60 m².
This entire house is at your disposal for rent and is not occupied by others.
There is a private free parking for 2 cars if you come by car or even a motorhome
You enter the hall through your own front door and you see a closet and coat rack for your coat or luggage. On the left you go through a door to the living/play room of 32 m².
This space has a large 49" flat screen smart TV and a Sonos sound system that you can control via your own smartphone via an app.
The light can be changed with a remote control or an app from bright white to exciting red for example.
There is also free WiFi for contact with your friends or your own videos or music.
You can relax in the black corner sofa and it can also be changed into an extra sofa bed for your 1 or 2 guests you booked extra.
From the playroom you have access through 2 patio doors to the large outside terrace with table and chairs and a sunshade where you can enjoy your breakfast in privacy.
Your own private BBQ / outdoor fireplace is also fully available. The firewood is already ready.
Such a luxury.
The kitchen is equipped with a bar table with 4 bar chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,stove,kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, combi-microwave, dishwasher, full panset,tablewareand cutlery set.
Coffee, tea, milk & sugar is available for free. As well as a few bottles of spring water in the fridge.
Through the kitchen you enter the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror. In this shower there is a separate connection for a cleaning hose withnozzles. You can also use your own nozzles on this hose.
Through the bathroom you enter a separate bedroom of 14 m². with a double bed.
A large wardrobe with sliding doors offers a huge amount of storage space for your things.
This bedroom is not intended to be used as a playroom because of cleaning purposes.
In this bedroom there is also a separate sink with mirror.

The playroom is 32 m² in size and offers plenty of play options.
In the playroom you can look through the bars of the large steel play bed of 3 x 2 meters. with mirrors and various facilities for extensive bondage options.
You also see a high standing cage in which you can lock in your playing partner. In this cage, the person is trapped in it and you experience a good feeling of being really locked up. This cage can be opened at 3 different heights and sections with a door to play on this body section.
There is also a dog / slave cage with head clamp in the playroom. This cage is on wheels. And equipped with a crib.
St Andrew's cross, spank bench, leather cuffs sets, steel cuffs sets, rim-chair, various spreaders for arms and legs, drink/eat puppy bowl.
All these play items can be used at no extra cost.
Of course there is also a comfortable leather sling with mirror and luxurious leg loops.
In addition, you will find all the smaller items you may need for your game such as: dildos, butt plugs, whips, paddles, leather masks / hoods, gas masks, gags, nipple clamps, chains, attachment & bondage tools, bondage ropes, pulleys.
